סימן סה סעיף ב

מִי שֶׁנִּכְשַׁל וְלָקַח רִבִּית, מְחֻיָּב לְהַחְזִירָהּוֹ (מִלְּבַד רִבִּית מֻקְדֶּמֶת וְרִבִּית מְאֻחֶרֶת דִּלְקַמָּן עַיֵּן סָעִיף ו') (קס"א).

One who failed [to observe this prohibition] and collected interest, is obligated to return it (except where "pre-loan" interest and "after-loan" interest [are concerned] which are discussed later in paragraph 6).

תנא דבי אליהו כל השונה הלכות בכל יום מובטח לו שהוא בן העולם הבא שנאמר הליכות עולם לו אל תקרי הליכות אלא הלכות (נדה ע"ג.)
