סימן ק סעיף ב

אֵין נְשִׂיאַת כַּפַּיִם אֶלָּא בַּעֲשָׂרָה, וְהַכֹּהֲנִים מִן הַמִּנְיָן, לְפִי שֶׁגַּם הֵם בִּכְלַל הַבְּרָכָה, שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר וַאֲנִי אֲבָרְכֵם.

The Birkas Kohanim is pronounced only in a congregation of at least ten adult males,¹¹Shulchan Aruch 128:1. including the kohanim, because they also are included in the blessing, as it is said: "And I will bless them" (Numbers 6:27).

תנא דבי אליהו כל השונה הלכות בכל יום מובטח לו שהוא בן העולם הבא שנאמר הליכות עולם לו אל תקרי הליכות אלא הלכות (נדה ע"ג.)
