בִּרְכַּת אֲבֵלִים שֶׁבְּבִרְכַּת הַמָּזוֹן, לָא נְהִיגֵי עַכְשָו, כִּי סוֹמְכִים עַל הַפּוֹסְקִים דִּסְבִירָא לְהוּ דְּלָא נִתְקְנָה אֶלָּא כְּשֶׁמְּבָרְכִין בַּעֲשָׂרָה (עַיֵן בְּאֵר הַגּוֹלָה סִימָן שעט).

The special berachos for mourners in the Birkas Hamazon is not part of our custom today, because we rely on the opinion of the Poskim who maintain that these berachos were enacted to be said only when Birkas Hamazon is recited with a minyan of ten.

תנא דבי אליהו כל השונה הלכות בכל יום מובטח לו שהוא בן העולם הבא שנאמר הליכות עולם לו אל תקרי הליכות אלא הלכות (נדה ע"ג.)
