סימן פ סעיף נז

בָּשָׂר שֶׁלֹּא נִמְלַח וְחָל יוֹם שְׁלִישִׁי שֶׁלּוֹ בַּשַׁבָּת, שֶׁאִם לֹא יְדִיחוּהוּ יְהֵא נֶאֱסָר, יֵשׁ לַהֲדִיחוֹ עַל יְדֵי אֵינוֹ יְהוּדִי. אֲבָל עַל יְדֵי יִשְֹרָאֵל, אָסוּר.

Meat that was not salted (Kashered)¹⁶⁹Meat must be salted within three days after the slaughter. If it was not salted it must be thoroughly rinsed or else it becomes treife, forbidden. and its third day occurs on Shabbos and if it is not rinsed [now] it will be forbidden, may be rinsed by a non-Jew, but it is forbidden for a Jew to do so.
