סימן קכה סעיף ז
תִּשְׁעָה בְּאָב שֶׁחָל בַּשַׁבָּת וְנִדְחָה לְיוֹם רִאשׁוֹן, בַּלַּיְלָה שֶׁלְאַחַר הַתַּעֲנִית, אֲסוּרִים בְּבָשָׂר וָיָיִן כְּמוֹ בִּשְׁאָר תִּשְׁעָה בְּאָב, מִפְּנֵי אֲבֵלוּת הַיּוֹם. אֲבָל לְמָחָר, מֻתָּרִים מִיָּד בַּכֹּל (תקנ"ח).
When Tishah beAv occurs on Shabbos, and it is deferred to Sunday, it is forbidden to eat meat or drink wine9All Poskim agree, however, that it is permitted to take a haircut or shave. on the night after the fast as it is on any other Tishah beAv, because of the mourning observed on that day. On the following morning, everything is permitted.
תנא דבי אליהו כל השונה הלכות בכל יום מובטח לו שהוא בן העולם הבא שנאמר הליכות עולם לו אל תקרי הליכות אלא הלכות (נדה ע"ג.)
